A completely rebuilt Mengele SF 5600 is offered, on which the following repairs/conversions were
carried out:
-Injection pump tested on test bench
-Turbocharger overhauled
-New throttle cable
-engine valves adjusted
-New valve cover gaskets
-New exhaust manifold gaskets
-V-belt for alternator new
-Air filter housing complete. + both
filter cartridges new
-New shut-off valves for heating + converted to ball valves
-new bearins at all tension rollers
-All oils changed, engine oil even twice
-both brake master cylinders new
-Brake fluid changed
-four-wheel drive re-sealed
-New hydraulic pipes for steering
-New power belt for cracker rollers
-baring for cracker rollers new
-Lubrication block for cracker rollers + associated tension rollers retrofitted
-Wear plates retrofitted in the cracker channel
-Adjustment plates (throw blades) of blower + new screws
-New blower (base) panel
-Chute socket moved a little more verical
-Wear plates retrofitted in the chute socket
-Hydraulic cylinder for chute with more stroke
-New power belt knife drum
-New taillights
-New front indicators
-New work lights
-New tailgate edge protection profile
-Crack test carried out on cutting cylinder
-Knives + (partial) pressure plates + bolts new
-Drum base-panel new
-new bearings on cutting cylinder
-Sliding rings of upper feed rollers new and brass bearings

- Plug-in couplings retrofitted to the ejection chute
-Stairs on the right machine side including railings retrofitted
-Lifting cylinder harvesting header with spring package

-Input bearing of cutting length gearbox new;

The machine was built in 1990 and has approx. 3,160 operating hours.

Suitable for all Mammut from year of construction 1993 up to and including 2002. A good opportunity to convert from 28.1-26 to the largest possible tires. The wheels are available immediately, in perfect condition, see photos.
